Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service/product has been accessed, downloaded, activated, or used
  • If the issue is due to misunderstanding of the product or service
  • If the customer changes their mind after purchase
  • If the purchase was made during a promotion, discount, or special offer
  • If the user violates our Terms & Conditions

4. Digital Products & Services

All digital products, subscriptions, tools, indicators, consulting services, and downloadable content are considered non-refundable once accessed, even if the request is made within 24 hours.

5. Approval of Refunds

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the sole right to approve or deny any refund request based on our internal assessment.

6. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • Any transaction or processing fees are non-refundable

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from future services
  • Forfeiture of any ongoing services without refund
