By booking or participating in our mentorship sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. About the Mentorship

Our mentorship program provides:

  • 1-on-1 educational guidance
  • Trading concepts explained for learning purposes
  • Market knowledge and personal coaching
  • Skill development and mindset training

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or signals.

All sessions are for educational purposes only.

2. No Financial Advice

A.M. Private Mentorship is NOT:

  • Financial advisory
  • Portfolio management
  • Investment services
  • Buy/sell signal provider

Nothing discussed in mentorship should be interpreted as financial advice.

You are fully responsible for your own trades and investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

By joining the mentorship, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You understand this program is solely for educational purposes.
  • You will not misuse the information provided.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • All mentorship fees must be paid in full before your sessions begin.
  • Due to the nature of personalized coaching, all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum 24-hour notice.
  • Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Session Conduct

During mentorship, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time.
  • Not record or distribute any session without written permission.
  • Not share mentorship material with anyone else.
  • Respect the mentor’s time and boundaries.

We reserve the right to terminate mentorship if a student behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Educational Limitation

We do not promise:

  • Profits
  • Specific results
  • Trade accuracy
  • Market predictions

Progress depends on your own effort, practice, mindset, and discipline.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Both the mentor and student agree to maintain confidentiality during the mentorship.

We will not share your personal information, and you agree not to share:

  • Session content
  • Strategies
  • Personal or professional information discussed

without written permission.

8. Scheduling & Availability

  • Session availability depends on the mentor’s schedule.
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • You are responsible for ensuring stable internet and device access during sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Trading losses
  • Financial decisions you make
  • Technical issues
  • Any outcomes of applying educational concepts

All mentorship content is provided “as is” for learning only.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in mentorship means you accept any updated terms.
